摘要目的 探讨基于乐观理论的护理干预对子宫切口瘢痕憩室出血患者病耻感及生活质量的影响.方法 选取该院住院的60例子宫切口瘢痕憩室出血患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组30例.对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予基于乐观理论的护理干预,对比分析两组患者乐观水平、病耻感及生活质量.结果 干预后,干预组患者乐观水平、生活质量明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05) ,干预组患者病耻感水平明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于乐观理论的护理干预有利于提高患者乐观水平和生活质量,有利于降低患者病耻感.

abstractsObjective To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on optimistic theory on stigma and quality of life in patients with uterine incision scar diverticulum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 cases of uterine incision scar diverticulum bleeding were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 30 ca-ses in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the intervention group was given nurs-ing intervention based on optimistic theory.Optimism, stigma and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the optimism level and life quality of patients in the intervention group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05) . The level of stigma in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions Nursing intervention based on optimism theory is beneficial to improve patients'optim-ism level and quality of life, and to reduce patients'stigma.
