摘要目的 探讨病毒性肝炎患儿父母抗病毒治疗前疾病不确定感与社会支持、心理弹性的关系.方法 2017年1~12月应用疾病不确定量表、社会支持量表、心理弹性量表对300例儿童病毒性肝炎患儿父母进行调查,应用Pearson相关因素分析父母抗病毒治疗前疾病不确定感与社会支持、心理弹性的关系,多因素Logis-tic回归分析患儿父母疾病不确定感的影响因素.结果 病毒性肝炎患儿父母不确定感评分为(71. 25±8. 38)分,社会支持总评分为(28. 12±5. 56)分,心理弹性评分为(62. 98±4. 22)分. Pearson相关因素分析显示,病毒性肝炎患儿父母抗病毒治疗前疾病不确定感总评分及信息缺乏维度与社会支持总评分及支持利用、心理弹性总评分及乐观性均呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .结论 病毒性肝炎患儿父母抗病毒治疗前存在较明显的疾病不确定感,医护人员除了关注患儿心理状况外,还应给予患儿父母信息及情感支持,提高患儿父母心理弹性水平,减轻父母焦虑感及不确定感.

abstractsObjective To investigate the relationship between the uncertainty of pre-antiviral therapy and so-cial support and psychological flexibility in children with viral hepatitis in their families. Methods From January to December 2017, 300 parents of children with viral hepatitis were investigated using the disease uncertainty scale, social support scale, mental resilience scale. Pearson correlation factors were used to analyze the relationship between disease uncertainty, social support and psychological resilience before antiviral treatment, and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of parentsˊ disease uncertainty. Results The parental uncertainty score of 300 children with viral hepatitis was (71. 25±8. 38) points, the total social support score was (28. 12±5. 56) points, and the psychological elasticity score was (62. 98 ±4. 22) points. There was negative correlation with disease uncer-tainty and social support and psychological elasticity of children with viral hepatitis before parental antiviral treatment by Pearson correlation factor analysis, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Conclusion There is a clear uncertainty of illness before antiviral treatment for children with viral hepatitis in children. In addition to paying attention to the psychological status of children, medical staff should also give information and emotional support to the families of the children to improve the psychological elasticity of the families of children.
