摘要目的:探讨临床护理路径在中药穴位贴敷治疗房颤护理中的应用及对患者心功能的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年3月徐州市新沂市人民医院收治的阵发性房颤患者100例为该研究对象，采用随机抽样法将其随机分成两组，各50例。对照组使用治疗中药穴位贴敷实施治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上给予临床护理路径模式进行干预。比较两组患者的依从率、不良反应情况、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间和心功能改善情况。结果:研究组依从率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；干预前两组患者的心绞痛发作次数和持续时间比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05)，干预后研究组心绞痛发作次数与持续时间低于对照组，研究组不良反应发生率比对照组低，差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)；干预前两组患者心脏每搏量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)及射血分数(EF)等差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05)，干预后研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:采用中药穴位贴敷对房颤患者治疗后运用临床护理路径进行护理干预，具有较为理想的效果，不仅能够提高患者的配合度，还有效降低了并发症的发生率，改善了患者的心功能，提高了患者的生活质量。

abstractsObjective:To explore the application of clinical nursing path in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and its effect on cardiac function of patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group by random sampling method.The control group was treated by acupoint application of therapeutic Chinese medicine, while the study group was given clinical nursing path mode to intervene on the basis of the control group.The compliance rate, adverse reactions, the frequency and duration of angina attack and the improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the number and duration of angina attacks between the two groups( P>0.05). After intervention, the frequency and duration of angina attacks in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences in cardiac stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI) and ejection fraction (EF) between the two groups( P>0.05). After intervention, the study group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions:After the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation, the application of Chinese medicine acupoint application to clinical nursing path for nursing intervention has a relatively ideal effect, which can not only improve the patients' cooperation degree, but also effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the cardiac function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
