摘要目的:探讨采血岗位动态调整对门诊抽血室标本采集质量的影响。方法:选取洛阳市妇幼保健院2019年9月至2020年8月门诊抽血室收治的患者712例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各356例。比较两组患者的标本采集质量、标本不合格率、采血等候时间及护理满意度情况。结果:实施采血岗位动态调整后，研究组患者标本采集质量显著优于对照组，研究组患者的标本不合格率显著低于对照组，研究组患者的满意率、采血等候时间显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。 结论:将采血岗位动态调整干预应用于门诊采血室护理中，可显著提升标本采集质量，缩短患者采血等候时间，降低标本不合格率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of dynamic adjustment of blood-collecting post on the quality of specimen collection in outpatient blood sampling room.Methods:A total of 712 patients admitted to the outpatient blood sampling room of Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 356 patients in each group.The quality of specimen collection, unqualified rate of specimen, waiting time of blood collection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the dynamic adjustment of blood collection posts, the sample collection quality of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the sample unqualified rate of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction rate and waiting time of blood collection of patients in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of dynamic adjustment intervention in outpatient blood collection room nursing can significantly improve the quality of specimen collection, shorten the waiting time of blood collection, reduce the unqualified rate of specimen, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
