摘要ICU是针对各种急危重症实施集中救治和强化监测的重要场所，收治的患者普遍存在病情危重、复杂多变、医疗费用较高等情况。同时ICU属于封闭式医疗治疗护理，谢绝家属陪同看护，这就给患者家属带来了巨大的心理压力和经济压力。患者家属作为患者社会支持系统的主要来源，对患者ICU转归后康复起到了重要作用。因此，对ICU患者家属的健康教育是ICU整体护理中的一个重要组成部分。本文从国内外现行ICU重症患者家属健康教育需求现状、实施现状及宣教策略等方面进行综述。本文认为对ICU患者家属的健康教育可有效减轻家属的不良情绪、提高护理满意度，为患者提供较好的社会支持，使其积极参与到患者的治疗护理中，对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

abstractsIntensive Care Unit (ICU) is an important place for centralized treatment and intensive monitoring of all kinds of acute and critical diseases. At the same time, ICU is a closed medical treatment and care, and family members are not allowed to accompany them, which brings enormous psychological and economic pressure to patients' families. As the main source of patients' social support system, patients' family members play an important role in patients' recovery after ICU transition. Therefore, health education for family members of ICU patients is an important part of the overall care in ICU.This paper summarizes the current situation of health education demand, implementation and propaganda and education strategies of ICU family members at home and abroad.This paper holds that health education for family members of ICU patients can effectively reduce their negative emotions, improve nursing satisfaction, provide better social support for patients, and make them actively participate in the treatment and nursing of patients, which is of great significance for promoting the recovery of patients.
