摘要目的:探讨改良双腔气囊尿管滴注法对肝性脑病患者保留灌肠操作肠液溢出、肛管滑脱及治疗效果的作用。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年10月徐州市中心医院收治的肝性脑病患者60例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30例。对照组接受常规保留灌肠，实验组在此基础上应用改良双腔气囊尿管滴注法，比较两组患者肠液溢出率、肛管滑脱率及治疗有效率。结果:肠液溢出率与肛管滑脱率实验组分别为13.33%、3.33%，对照组分别为53.33%、36.67%，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；实验组治疗总有效率为90%，对照组有效率66.67%，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:肝性脑病患者保留灌肠中改良双腔气囊尿管滴注法的应用能有效降低肠液溢出率及肛管滑脱率，使灌肠药物充分达到整个结肠并保留足够时间，促进肠黏膜的吸收，从而提升治疗效果。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the effect of modified double-lumen balloon catheter infusion method on intestinal fluid overflow, anal canal slippage and treatment effect in patients with hepatic encephalopathy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hepatic encephalopathy admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional retention enema, and the experimental group received modified double cavity balloon catheter infusion on this basis.The rate of intestinal fluid overflow, anal canal slippage and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:Intestinal juice overflow ratio and anal canal slippage rate of experimental group were 13.33%, 3.33% respectively, the control group were 53.33%, 36.67% respectively, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90% in the experimental group and 66.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of the modified double-chamber balloon catheter infusion method in retention enema for patients with hepatic encephalopathy can effectively reduce the rate of intestinal fluid overflow and the rate of anal canal slip-off, make enema drugs fully reach the whole colon and retain enough time, promote the absorption of intestinal mucosa, so as to improve the treatment effect.
