摘要目的:探讨循证护理联合中医辨证施护对围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者症状改善、不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年5月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院进行治疗的围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者120例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例。对照组的进行常规护理，观察组进行循证护理联合中医辨证施护。护理1个月后，对比两组患者症状改善、不良情绪及生活质量。结果:护理后，观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；两组患者的HAD评分及生活质量评分均显著优于干预前，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患者的HAD分数及生活质量分数均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:对围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者进行循证护理联合中医辨证施护，能够明显缓解患者功能性子宫出血症状，改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，提高患者生活质量。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing combined with TCM syndrome differentiation on symptom improvement, adverse mood and quality of life in patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods:A total of 120 patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinses Medicine from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with TCM syndrome differentiation.After 1 month of nursing, symptom improvement, adverse mood and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The scores of HAD and quality of life in both groups were significantly better than before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions:The treatment of patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding combined with TCM syndrome differentiation can significantly alleviate the symptoms of functional uterine bleeding, improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life of patients.
