Effect of role-adaptive health education on the success rate of breastfeeding in primiparas

摘要目的:探究角色适应性健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院接受治疗的初产妇120例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,均有初产妇60例。其中对照组初产妇采用常规干预,观察组初产妇在对照组的基础上联合角色适应性健康教育干预,对比两组初产妇角色适应率、母乳喂养成功率、喂养自信心、新生儿出生1个月后疾病发生率。结果:观察组初产妇的角色总适应率高于对照组,观察组乳喂养成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的母乳喂养自信心量表(BSES)总分以总体幸福感量表(GWB)总分均高于对照组,观察组新生儿出生后1个月内的疾病总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。 结论:角色适应性健康教育可有效提高初产妇母乳喂养成功率、角色适应率,加强初产妇的喂养信心和幸福感,降低新生儿的疾病发生风险。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of role-adaptive health education on the success rate of breastfeeding in primiparas.Methods:A total of 120 primiparas who were treated in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 60 primiparas in each group.Primiparas in the control group were given routine intervention, while primiparas in the observation group were given role-adapative health education intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The role-adaptive rate, breastfeeding success rate, feeding self-confidence, and the incidence of disease of newborns 1 month after birth were compared between the two groups.Results:The total role adaptation rate of primiparas in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05), and the success rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05). After intervention, the total scores of Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale (BSES) and General Well-being Shedule (GWB) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The total incidence of neonatal diseases within 1 month after birth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusions:Role-adaptive health education can effectively improve the success rate of breastfeeding and role-adaptation rate of primiparas, strengthen their confidence and happiness in feeding, and reduce the risk of neonatal diseases, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
