摘要目的:探讨手术配合管理流程改进对连台腹腔镜手术中护理质量及满意度的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月在阜外华中心血管病医院进行腹腔镜手术治疗的126例患者作为研究对象，按照护理模式的不同，将患者分为66例观察组(改进手术配合流程管理)和60例对照组(常规手术配合流程管理)。对比分析两组护理质量、护理满意度、手术相关指标以及护理配合质量。结果:护理后观察组手术护理记录、手术环境、卫生消毒以及器械管理评分均高于对照组(均 P<0.05)。护理后观察组总满意度为92.42%(61/66)高于对照组78.33%(47/60)( P<0.05)。护理后观察组术前物品准备时间、手术时间及接台物品准备时间均少于对照组(均 P<0.05)。护理后观察组器械准备充分性、麻醉护理配合质量、医生对护理配合的评价及传递器械及时性评分均高于对照组(均 P<0.05)。 结论:改进手术配合管理流程可有效提高连台腹腔镜手术中的护理质量、护理满意度及手术护理配合质量，缩短手术时间，提高手术效率，值得推广。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effects of the improvement of operation coordination management process on nursing quality and satisfaction in continuous laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 126 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects. According to the different nursing mode, the patients were divided into the observation group (66 cases, improved operation coordination process management) and the control group (60 cases, routine operation coordination process management).The nursing quality, nursing satisfaction, operation-related indicators and nursing cooperation quality were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:After nursing, the scores of surgical nursing record, surgical environment, sanitation and disinfection and equipment management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05).After nursing, the total satisfaction of the observation group 92.42%(61/66) was higher than that of the control group 78.33%(47/60) ( P<0.05).After nursing, the preparation time of preoperative items, operation time and receiving items in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P<0.05).After nursing, the equipment preparation adequacy, anesthesia nursing cooperation quality, doctor's evaluation of nursing cooperation and timeliness of equipment delivery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Improving the operation cooperation management process can effectively improve the nursing quality, nursing satisfaction and operation nursing cooperation quality in continuous laparoscopic surgery, shorten the operation time, and improve the operation efficiency, which is worthy of promotion.
