吸入糖皮质激素与长效β2受体激动剂对支气管哮喘协同作用的信号通路
Synergistic signaling pathway of inhaled corticosteroid combined with long-acting β2 receptor agonist in bronchial asthma
摘要支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是慢性气道炎症疾病.联合吸入吸入糖皮质激素(inhaled corticosteroid,ICS)与长效β2受体激动剂(long-acting β2 agonist,LABA)是目前哮喘炎症长期控制的首选的、基本的治疗方法,但两者联合吸入对哮喘的协同作用的分子机制尚未完全明了.本文试图从ICS与LABA两者作用的分子信号通路以及两者信号通路之间的交联去作一综述,探讨两者对哮喘协同作用的分子机制以及今后的研究方向.

abstractsBronchial asthma(asthma)is a chronic inflammatory airway disease.Inhaled corticosteroid (ICS)combined with long-acting β2 agonist(LABA)is the preferred basic treatment for the long-term control of asthma inflammation,but the synergistic molecular mechanism on-airway chronic inflammation in asthma of inhaled ICS combined with LABA is not entirely clear.This paper reviews the two molecular signaling pathways of ICS and LABA,and the cross linkage between the two pathways,attempts to explore the synergistic molecular mechanism of inhaled ICS combined with LABA,as well as future research directions.
