白介素2诱导的T细胞激酶与T细胞及相关炎症免疫性疾病的研究进展
Progress of interleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase in the research of T cell and inflammation and immune-Mediated disease
摘要IL-2诱导的T细胞激酶(Itk)是非受体性酪氨酸激酶Tec激酶家族中的一员,近年来因其在T细胞系中的特异性表达.以及其对T细胞尤其是Th2细胞发育、分化、功能的影响,引起了广泛的关注.已有实验证明Itk通过调节T细胞免疫功能在寄生虫感染、病毒感染、过敏性皮炎、支气管哮喘等炎症及免疫性疾病的转归中有重要影响.了解Itk调控机体免疫功能的机制,为今后将其作为临床药物靶标提供了基础.本文就Itk的分子生物学特征,在T细胞信号通路中的作用机制及其与相关炎症及免疫性疾病的关系作一综述.

abstractsInterleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase(Itk)is a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases.As a key component of T-ceil-receptor signaling,Itk contribute a lot in T cells development and differentation,especially in the function of Th2(T-helper 2)cells.Recent data shows that Itk is important in some inflammation and immune-Mediated disorders,such as allergic asthma,atopic dermatitis,HIV and some Parasitic infections.To understand the molecular biological characteristics of Itk and its role in immune regulation is important,because it provides the possibility to use Itk as a target for therapeutic purposes.This article reviews the molecular biological feature of Itk.its role in T cell's function and the relationship between Itk and some inflammation and immune-Mediated diseases.
