摘要遗传因素影响了支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)疾病及其相关表型的发生和发展.近年来随着高通量测序技术,单核苷酸多态性分型技术以及计算机数据处理能力的提高,哮喘遗传变异的识别能力已从单个候选基因的单一变异水平进展到识别许多基因的复杂变异水平.目前哮喘遗传学研究应综合考虑个体遗传易感性,基因基因相互作用,基因-环境相互作用,以及表观遗传等多方面的影响.本文主要讨论哮喘遗传分析方法和技术上的进展,以及未来哮喘遗传学的发展.

abstractsGenetic variations play important roles in pathogenesis and progression of bronchial asthma (asthma). With the developments of high-throughput sequencing,single nucleotide polymorphisms genotyping and computer algorithms in recent years, the ability to capture genetic variations of asthma has improved from a single polymorphism in a candidate gene to inclusion of multitude of genetic risk factors.Asthma studies now should consider complex relationships of an individual's susceptibility,gene-gene and gene-environment interactions and possible epigenetic modifications of the genome. This review will discuss the methods and techniques used for genetic analysis of asthma ,and the future of genetics studies in asthma.
