泛素蛋白酶体系与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者骨骼肌萎缩的关系
Ubiquitin-proteasome system and their implication to the muscle atrophy in chronic obstructive pulmory disease
摘要随着人口老龄化、大气污染的日益严重以及吸烟人数的增加,慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病率和病死率正逐年增高,除了肺部疾病以外临床约有50%的患者出现营养不良、骨骼肌功能障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量和预后.引起骨骼肌萎缩的机制非常复杂,目前认为泛素蛋白酶体系参与其中.泛素蛋白酶体系是细胞内重要的蛋白代谢通路之一,受多种细胞因子调节,精密调控细胞内结构蛋白及功能蛋白的含量和功能.目前对于泛素蛋白酶体系的作用机制还不十分清楚.

abstractsThe incidence and death rate from chronic obstrucitve pulmonary disease (COPD) is increasing rapidly with the aged tendency of population,increasing severity of air pollution and number of smokers. COPD, although primarily a disease of the lungs, exhibits system manifestations. The skeletal muscles atrophy and malnutrition are of particular inteast because of their clinical importance in increased healthcare utilization and mortality in COPD patients. The ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS)orchestrates the turnover of innumerable cellular proteins, involves in development and differentiation, cell cycle progression and other biological processes. In COPD, alteration of the UPS may result in protein degradation. To date,our understanding of the mechenisms of UPS continues to grow.
