摘要解整合素-金属蛋白酶17(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase-17,ADAM-17)属于ADAM 蛋白酶家族成员之一,又称为肿瘤坏死因子α转化酶,在肿瘤坏死因子α、表皮生长因子等多种跨膜蛋白分子的胞外域剪切脱落过程中起重要作用.ADAM-17活性受到转录水平、翻译后修饰及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-3等多方面调节,活化的ADAM-17在肺癌、重症急性呼吸综合征、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等多种呼吸系统疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用.

abstractsA disintegrin and metalloproteinase-17 (ADAM-17) is a member of ADAM family, also called tumour necrosis factor-α converting enzyme, plays an important role in the ectodomain shedding of various transmembrane protein molecules, such as tumour necrosis factor-α and epidermal growth factor.ADAM-17 activity can be regulated by transcriptional level, post-translational modification and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases-3. Activated ADAM-17 plays an important role in the development of many respiratory diseases, such as lung cancer, severe acute respiratory syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
