摘要目的 探讨喉罩通气全麻下经纤维支气管镜行Y型气管支架植入术的疗效、安全性和可行性.方法 选择隆突受累的复合气道病变6例,在行静脉全身麻醉后,再在喉罩通气下经纤维支气管镜指导和X线透视下,放置气道Y型一体化自膨胀式支架.结果 喉罩通气全麻下Y型气管支架置入均获得成功,6例患者置入内支架后症状均缓解,无一例发生严重并发症,安全性高.结论 喉罩全麻通气下气道Y型支架置入能有效解除气道复合病变,技术可行,操作简单,耐受性好,为临床治疗复合气道梗阻提供了一种新的安全的治疗手段.

abstractsObjective To assess the efficacy,safety and feasibility of Y-shaped airway stent with bronchoscope under laryngeal mask airway.Methods Six patients with airway complex disease were treated by the inserting of Y-shaped self-expandable metal stents under the guidance of interventional fibroscopy and fluoroscopy after intravenous anesthesia under laryngeal mask airway.Results The inverted Y-shaped airway stent were placed successfully with immediate relief of the symptom under laryngeal mask airway.Conclusions The placement of inverted Y-shaped airway stent under laryngeal mask airway is an effective,feasible,simple and safe treatment for complex airway disease.
