摘要铜绿假单胞菌是慢性气道疾病的最重要的致病菌之一.Ⅲ型分泌系统广泛存在于其中,并由分泌装置和转运体蛋白构成.该系统的关键蛋白PcrV蛋白对铜绿假单胞菌产生毒力起着重要作用.抗PcrⅤ抗体可以阻断Ⅲ型分泌系统,降低铜绿假单胞菌的生物致病性.因此,抗PcrⅤ抗体可以作为潜在的新型的铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的辅助治疗手段.

abstractsPseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most important pathogens in patients with chronic airway diseases.Type Ⅲ secretion system (TTSS) consists of secreted exproducts and structural components,such as PcrⅤ,and it plays an important role in the virulence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Anti-PcrⅤ antibody blocks TTSS and reduces the inflammatory response.Anti-PcrV antibody has potential effects as adjuvant therapy for lung injury due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia.
