Research progress of impaired airway mucociliary clearance in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要气道黏液纤毛清除功能(MCC)是呼吸道重要的防御功能.越来越多的研究表明慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病程进展伴随着MCC受损,而MCC受损,黏液排除障碍,又加快了患者病程.MCC一直都是研究和干预COPD病情的热点,本文就有关COPD中MCC受损的最新研究进展作一综述.

abstractsThe airway mucociliary clearance (MCC)is the important defense function.More and more studies provide evidence of impaired MCC in the progress of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and in turn the diminished mucus clearance induced by impaired MCC accelerates the process of COPD patients.MCC has always been a hot spot of studying and intervening in COPD,so the recent researches of impaired airway mucociliary clearance in COPD are reviewed in this paper.
