摘要无论在固有免疫还是获得性免疫中，Toll样受体（toll like receptors ，TLRs）均占据重要地位。T L Rs能识别外源性病原相关分子模式，也能识别内源性组织损伤相关分子模式，因此普遍认为其参与了多种无菌性炎症性疾病的病理发展过程，其中包括OSA HS及其常见合并症，如动脉粥样硬化、心血管疾病、糖尿病等。这篇综述着重介绍TLRs在OSAHS及其常见合并症中的作用，并阐述以 TLRs为靶点治疗的最新进展。

abstractsToll like receptors (TLRs ) play key roles in both innate and adaptive immune responses .Members of TLRs family enable host to recognize pathogen‐associated molecular patterns ,as well as damage‐associated molecular patterns .TLRs are involved in the development of many aseptic inflammatory pathological conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and complications ,including atherosclerosis ,cardiovascular diseases and diabetes ,among others .In this review ,the contribution of TLRs to OSAHS and its complications is evaluated ,and it tries to provide new insight into the potential for TLRs as targets of therapeutics .
