摘要慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中44％有动脉粥样硬化,心血管疾病是65岁以下COPD患者的主要死因.除了年龄、吸烟、性别、婚姻状态、收缩压高低及肺功能状态等因素是COPD患者易患心血管疾病的影响因素外,外周血中内皮祖细胞(EPCs)功能改变也会影响受损血管内膜的修复,造成COPD患者心血管发病率、病死率较高,本文就目前国内外对EPCs与血管修复相关内容进行综述.

abstractsAtherosclerosis is found in 44％ of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death in COPD patients under 65 years of age.Patients with COPD are susceptible to cardiovascular disease because of factors such as age,smoking,gender,marital status,systolic blood pressure,and pulmonary function,the altered function of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) in peripheral blood may be another important risk factor.The repair of damaged endocardium is related to the high mortality rate of cardiovascular morbidity in COPD patients.This article reviews the related contents of EPCs cells and vascular repair.
