换一批摘要重症监护病房中机械通气患者发生撤机失败的风险近20％,在呼吸肌中起主导作用的膈肌因机械通气而发生废用性萎缩是导致困难撤机的主要原因.膈肌超声以其无创、高效、可床旁反复操作等优势逐渐取代传统膈肌功能评估工具,本文就膈肌超声在预测拔管时机中的作用和方法进行综述.

abstractsMechanical ventilation concerns nearly 20％ of patients admitted to the intensive care unit ( ICU ) .Diaphragm ,which plays a predominant role in respiratory muscle ,is the mainly reason of weaning falure when it happens disuse atrophy during mechanical ventilation .Diaphragm ultrasound gradually replaces traditional tool of diaphragm assessment with the following advantages:noninvasive , high efficiency ,and allows repeated measurements at bedside .This paper will give specific reviews about the role and methods of predicting the extubation time with diaphragm ultrasound .
