慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清中CAP1含量检测及其与病情严重程度的相关关系
Detection of serum CAP1 in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and its correlation with severity of illness
摘要目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中腺苷酸环化酶蛋白-1(CAP1)含量检测及其与病情严重程度的相关关系.方法 选取本院收治的COPD稳定期患者47例作为稳定组、COPD急性加重期患者25例作为急性加重组,另取同期在本院进行体检的健康成年人50例作为正常对照组.测定血清中CAP1、炎症因子、气道重塑相关指标的含量并进行相关性分析.结果 急性加重组血清中CAP1的含量低于正常对照组、稳定组血清中CAP1的含量低于正常对照组(t=-24.19、-13.87,P值均<0.05);急性加重组血清中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-17、IL-23、IL-32、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b-FGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、转化生长因子β (TGF-β)的含量高于正常对照组(t=26.69、29.18、28.00、29.98、24.18、31.87、21.28、18.25,P值均<0.05),稳定组血清中IL-1β、IL-17、IL-23、IL-32、VEGF、b-FGF、MMP-8、TGF-β的含量高于正常对照组(t=29.49、11.71、7.46、7.50、7.90、14.07、11.07、7.13,P值均<0.05);随COPD病情加重,上述指标的改变程度加剧.相关性分析指出,COPD患者血清CAP1含量与炎症因子IL-1β、IL-17、IL-23、IL-32及气道重塑相关指标VEGF、b-FGF、MMP-9、TGF-β的含量均呈负相关(r=-0.309、-0.411、-0.395、-0.547、-0.446、-0.518、-0.372、-0.287,P值均<0.05).结论 COPD患者血清中CAP1含量较健康人异常降低且与病情急性加重、炎症反应激活、气道重塑加剧有关.

abstractsObjective To detecte serum content of cyclase associated protein 1 (CAP1) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients and its correlation with severity of illness.Methods Forty-seven cases of stable period of COPD patients in our hospital were selected as stable group,25 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD patients were selected as acute exacerbation group,and 50 cases of healthy adults were taken as normal control group at the same time.Serum content of CAP1,inflammatory factors and airway remodeling related indexes were detected,and the correlation were analyzed.Results The serum levels of CAP1 in the acute exacerbation group were lower than those in the normal control group and serum levels of CAP1 in the stable group were lower than those in the normal control group (t =-24.19,-13.87,both P < 0.05);the serum levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β),IL-17,IL-23,IL-32,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF),matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) in acute exacerbation group were higher than those in the normal control group (t =26.69,29.18,28.00,29.98,24.18,31.87,21.28,18.25,all P <0.05),the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-17,IL 23,IL-32,VEGF,b-FGF,MMP-9 and TGF-β in stable group were higher than those of normal control group (t =29.49,11.71,7.46,7.50,7.90,14.07,11.07,7.13,all P <0.05).With the aggravation of COPD,the changes of these indexes increased.The correlation analysis showed that serum content of CAP1 in COPD patients was negatively correlated with the contents of inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-17,IL-23,IL-32 and airway remodeling indexes such as VEGF,b-FGF,MMP-9 and TGF-β (r =-0.309,-0.411,-0.395,-0.547,-0.446,-0.518,-0.372,-0.287,P <0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of CAP1 in COPD patients abnormally decrease compared with healthy subjects and correlate with acute exacerbation of the disease,activation of inflammatory response and intensification of airway remodeling.
