摘要活性氧(ROS)的产生在细胞信号传导中发挥重要作用,不仅起到细胞防御的作用,而且能作为第二信使,介导细胞内多条信号通路,参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡的调节.烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶(NOX)是催化ROS的重要来源,包括NOX1、NOX2、NOX3、NOX4、NOX5以及二元氧化酶1(DUOX1)、二元氧化酶2(DUOX2).ROS生成增多,可导致氧化-抗氧化系统的失衡,造成机体过度氧化应激.气道和肺组织常暴露于空气中的有毒物质中,是过度氧化应激首要打击的靶器官.对NOX产生ROS的过程进行合理干预可能是防治过度氧化应激参与的肺部相关疾病(如急性肺损伤、支气管哮喘和COPD等)的重要策略之一,故而,本文就NOX家族在肺部疾病中的最新进展进行综述.

abstractsThe production of reactive oxygen species ( ROS ) plays an important role in cell signaling ,not only plays a role in cell defense ,but also acts as a second messenger ,mediates multiple signal pathways in cells ,participates in cell proliferation ,Differentiation and apoptosis .NADPH oxidase ( NOX) is an important source of ROS ,including NOX1 ,NOX2 ,NOX3 ,NOX4 ,NOX5 and DUOX1 , DUOX2 .ROS production increased ,can lead to imbalance of oxidation-anti-oxidation system ,resulting in excessive oxidation of the body stress .Lung tissue is the target organ for excessive oxidative stress .The regulation of NOX production of reactive oxygen species may be one of the important ways to prevent and treat related diseases caused by excessive oxidative stress ( such as ALI and COPD) .In this paper ,we review the current understanding about NADPH oxidase family .
