PGE2/EP信号通路在肺部疾病中作用的研究进展
Research progress on role of prostaglandin E2/prostacyclin receptor signaling pathway in lung diseases
摘要前列腺素E2(PGE2)由花生四烯酸代谢而成,含有4个碳-碳双键,为高级不饱和脂肪酸。PGE2能在多种细胞中产生并作用于不同类型的前列环素受体(EP),在调节心血管系统及维持水盐内环境稳态中起重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究表明PGE2/EP信号通路在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中发挥着重要作用,且其在哮喘、肺癌以及急性肺损伤中可能均起到一定的作用。本文将对PGE2/EP信号通路在各种肺部疾病中的作用进行综述。

abstractsProstaglandin E2 (PGE2) is metabolized by arachidonic acid and contains four carbon-carbon double bonds, which is high-grade unsaturated fatty acid.PGE2 can be produced in a variety of cells and acts on different types of prostacyclin receptors (EP), playing an important role in regulating the cardiovascular system and maintaining the homeostasis of water and salt.In recent years, more and more studies have shown that PGE2/EP signaling pathway plays an important role in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it may play a role in asthma, lung cancer and acute lung injury.This article reviews the role of PGE2/EP signaling pathway in various lung diseases.
