换一批摘要呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测是一种无创的、简便的临床检测方法。目前FeNO相关临床应用研究不断报道，主要用于呼吸系统疾病的辅助诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后，心血管系统和自身免疫性疾病也不断拓展。本文就FeNO的临床应用进展作一综述。

abstractsFractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) test is a non-invasive and simple clinical detection method.At present, those researches on the clinical application of FeNO have been reported constantly, and it is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of respiratory diseases, and also expanded in the cardiovascular diseases and autoimmune diseases.The clinical application of FeNO is reviewed in this article.
