摘要新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)给我国乃至世界带来巨大的公共卫生问题。目前尚无针对于COVID-19的特效药。急性呼吸窘迫综合征是COVID-19患者的常见致命性并发症之一，与其较高的重症率和病死率相关。本文结合相关文献、近期临床观察以及既往经验，对COVID-19合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征的关联进行解读，并对其治疗和管理进行探索性综述，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

abstractsThe outbreak of COVID-19 has brought huge public health problems to China and even the world.Currently, there is no certain cure medication for COVID-19.Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is one of the most common fatal complications of COVID-19, which is associated with the high risk of severity and mortality.Based on the relevant literature, recent clinical observations and experiences of ARDS in COVID-19, this article aim to discuss the clinical relevance between COVID-19 and ARDS, with the hope of improving the treatment and management of ARDS in COVID-19 patients.
