摘要新型冠状病毒肺炎给医疗服务带来了沉重负担，严重威胁人类健康。临床表现主要包括发热、干咳、呼吸困难等。一些新型冠状病毒肺炎患者虽然血氧饱和度已经很低，但其本身并无明显的呼吸困难等不适，被称为"沉默性低氧血症"。这部分患者的病情可能会发生突然而快速的恶化，出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征等情况，危及生命。及早识别这一部分患者，并对其进行积极治疗，可能会更好地判断是否对其使用辅助通气治疗，进而降低患者的病死率。文章对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者沉默性低氧血症的发病机制进行综述，以便对患者进行更有效的治疗。

abstractsThe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) seriously threatens human health which also brought heavy burden to patients and Health system.The clinical manifestations mainly include fever, dry cough, and dyspnea.COVID-19 patients who have very low blood oxygen saturation but no obvious discomfort such as dyspnea are called " silent hypoxemia" . The condition of these patients may suddenly deteriorate, with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), etc., severe cases can be life-threatening.Therefore, early identification and active treatment for silent hypoxemia in COVID-19 will help be better to determine whether to use assisted ventilation treatment, thereby reducing the mortality.The purpose of this article is to review the mechanism of silent hypoxemia in COVID-19 patients to provide more effective treatment for patients.
