摘要我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患病人群庞大，但在临床实践中，仍存在识别率低、诊治不足等问题。本规范基于权威指南并结合国内临床实践，从慢阻肺的识别与诊断、疾病评估、稳定期干预、急性加重期干预、随访与管理5个方面提出慢阻肺临床管理的关键信息和规范要求，以推动慢阻肺规范化诊疗，提高慢阻肺患者疾病管理质量。

abstractsThe number of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is huge in China, but there are still lots of challenges such as low recognition rate, under-diagnosis and under-treatment in clinical practice.Based on international guidelines and domestic clinical practice, we obtained the key messages and developed clinical practice standards for COPD management in recognition, diagnosis, assessment, treatment of stable COPD, exacerbations treatment and follow-up, so as to promote the standardized diagnosis and treatment of COPD and improve the quality of COPD management.
