摘要支气管哮喘(哮喘)是一种以炎性细胞浸润、气道高反应性、气道重塑为特征的异质性疾病,其发病机制至今仍尚未完全阐明。几丁质酶样蛋白YKL-40,可由中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、平滑肌细胞等多种细胞分泌。大量研究表明YKL-40参与哮喘的发生、发展,并且其表达水平与哮喘的严重程度、治疗预后等相关。本文就近年来YKL-40参与哮喘发生、发展的作用及分子机制的研究进展以及与哮喘患者临床特征的相关性分析作一简要综述。

abstractsBronchial asthma (asthma) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration, airway hyper responsiveness, and airway remodeling.The mechanism underlying the onset of the disease has not been fully elucidated.YKL-40, a chitinase-like protein, is known to be secreted by a variety of cells, such as neutrophils, macrophages, and smooth muscle cells.Numerous studies suggest that YKL-40 is involved in the onset and development of asthma and the expression level of YKL-40 is associated with the severity, management, and outcome of asthma.Herein, we reviewed the recent research progress on the roles and mechanism of YKL-40 in the occurrence and development of asthma, and analyzed the relationship between YKL-40 and clinical characteristics of asthma.
