摘要肺癌已成为我国乃至全球发病率第二、病死率最高的实体恶性肿瘤，非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是其中最主要的病理类型。随着新一代测序技术(NGS)的应用，K-ras基因突变越来越受到临床关注。本文从K-ras基因的信号通路、在NSCLC中相关的临床作用、新药开发和应用及未来的研究方向几个方面进行综述，并对K-ras突变NSCLC研究和诊治提供依据。

abstractsLung cancer has emerged asthe solid malignant tumor with the second morbidity and highest mortalityin China and even the world, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is considered to be theuppermost leading pathological type for lung cancer.K-ras gene mutations draw increasing more clinical concerns with the application of next-generation sequencing technology (NGS). The Paper reviews the signaling pathway of K-ras genes, correspondingclinical role in NSCLC, development and application of new pharmaceuticals, and futureresearch orientation, and provides thebasis for research, diagnosis and treatment of K-ras mutation complicated with NSCLC.
