支气管镜检查并发不伴气胸的纵隔气肿：2例报道并文献复习

摘要纵隔气肿是指纵隔内存在游离气体，是支气管镜检查的罕见并发症。本文报道了2例患者支气管镜检查后出现纵隔气肿和皮下气肿，但不合并气胸，目的是让呼吸内镜医师了解支气管镜检查并发不伴气胸的纵隔气肿的可能性。

abstractsPneumomediastinum is defined as the presence of free gas within the mediastinum and it rarely complicates bronchoscopy.We report two cases of pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema without pneumothorax following bronchoscopy.The purpose is to inform the interventional pulmonologists the possibility that a pneumomediastinum without pneumothorax can follow bronchoscopy.
