摘要肺癌的治疗取得了许多重要突破进展,但肺癌的早期诊断仍旧是改善肺癌患者整体预后的重要环节。现代科技下,组学、人工智能、大数据分析和机器人等科学技术的发展,对肺癌早期诊断中的新型标志物、影像及影像组学、介入技术和临床决策等的研究与临床应用研究的进步发挥了重大推动作用,不但提高了肺结节性质的判断水平,更提高了早期肺癌的诊断能力。
