摘要近年来,随着免疫扫描谱型分析技术的建立,T细胞受体互补决定区(TCR CDR)与HBV感染关系的研究取得了较大进展.通过对TCR CDR3谱型分析来研究HBV感染状态下克隆性和寡克隆性增生的T细胞,能进一步了解HBV感染后T细胞的免疫应答,指导疾病的免疫治疗,同时为后期T细胞表位疫苗的研制提供基础.此文就近年来TCR CDR3谱系与HBV感染的关系进行了综述.

abstractsRecently, with the establishment of immunoscope spectratyping technique, great progress has been made in researching the relation between CDR3 of TCR beta chain (TCR CDR3) and HBV infection. Through the analysis of TCR CDR3 in clonal and oligoclonal expansion of T cell in patients with HBV infection, the roles of T cell immune response in HBV infection will be better understanding, so as to give some new ideas in the immunotherapy and the T cell epi-position vaccine development. The recent progress on TCR CDR3 genealogy in HBV infection is summarized in the article.
