摘要从1987年第一种艾滋病候选疫苗投入临床试验至今,相继有数百种艾滋病疫苗投入临床前和临床试验,但迄今仍没有一种疫苗被证实有效,尤其在2007和2008年,被世人寄予厚望的V520疫苗(STEP和PAVE试验)宣布无效,国际艾滋病疫苗研制遭遇重大挫折,各国学者讨论并反思在艾滋病研究领域(包括疫苗研制和基础相关研究)中的不足之处.为了更好地总结HIV疫苗研究失败的经验,展望未来研究方向,此文就近年来国内外的艾滋病疫苗临床试验以及疫苗研制策略为主题,以热点HIV疫苗失败可能的原因和新疫苗研制的思路为重点进行综述.

abstractsSince 1987, when the first AIDS vaccine candidates went into clinical trials to date, there have been hundreds of AIDS vaccines in pre-clinical and clinical trials, but none has been proven to be effective. Especially in and 2008, with high expectation, the V520 vaccine(STEP and PAVE trials) was declared void, and the international AIDS vaccine suffered a major setback. Scholars in this field gathered to discuss problems in the field of AIDS research, including vaccine development and basic research. In order to better summarize the experience of HIV vaccine research and look forward to the future research directions, this review will give a brief introduction to clinical trials of AIDS vaccine and vaccine development strategy, while the reasons for the failure of hot vaccines and new ideas will be focused on.
