摘要性伴通知可以有效地发现潜在的无症状感染者,打破疾病的传播链条,减少再感染的机会,预防因延迟治疗而导致的不可逆性并发症,以及促动高危性行为的改变.性伴通知也可用于性传播疾病的流行病学研究.此文对性伴通知的各种方法及其在我国的可接受性、影响因素和应用效果研究进行综述.

abstractsPartner notification(PN) is an important strategy to prevent and control sexually transmitted diseases (STD).When it is used effectively,PN can help to find potentially asymptomatic infections,block the transmission,reduce reinfections,prevent complications due to delayed treatment,and promote change in high-risk sexual behaviors.PN also can be used to the investigation of STD epidemiology,determine social dynamics and sexual networks,and calculate infection periods.Both traditional and innovative strategies for PN,and their applications in China are discussed in this review.
