摘要目的 收集HIV抗体免疫印迹法检测中出现的不确定结果,统计分析各种带型的临床意义,为检验人员提供判定结果的方法和建议.方法 采集187份不确定实验结果和随访复检结果,以随访最终结果为金标准,统计分析各种带型出现的频度和阳性预测值,分析非特异性条带出现的频度和复检结果.结果 条带gp160、p24的阳性预测值分别为32.1％和18.84％,两者同时出现时阳性预测值为100.00％,其他特异性条带的出现几乎不能提高阳性预测值,出现非特异性条带的样本最终均可确认为阴性.结论 检验人员可以根据带型特征对不确定结果进行判定.

abstractsObjective To provide some methods on verifying indeterminate results in western blot confirmatory testing for HIV antibodies with statistic analysis.Methods 187 indeterminate samples with final results in follow-up visit were gathered and analyzed.Results Positive predictive value (PPV) of gp160 and p24 band were 32.14％ and 18.84％,gp160/p24(both) were 100.00％.Other specific bands couldn't increase the PPV,and non-specific bands predictive negative result.Conclusions Technicians can verify the indeterminate results initially by discriminating the different bands.
