换一批摘要结核是由结核分枝杆菌引起的严重危害人类健康的重大传染性疾病.卡介苗是目前对结核病唯一有效的疫苗,却不能预防结核病的发生和发展,新型疫苗可特异性诱导机体免疫应答,有助于弥补卡介苗的不足.同时,结核病免疫机制的深入研究为结核治疗药物和新型疫苗的研发提供了依据.本文就结核病的免疫机制及疫苗研发现状作一综述.

abstractsTuberculosis (TB) which is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a seriously infectious disease that will threaten people's health.Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) is the only effective vaccine,but it cannot prevent the occurrence and development of TB.Novel vaccines can induce specific immune response and make up for the deficiency of BCG.Meanwhile,the further study of TB mechanism provides a basis and strategy for the development of new drug and vaccine.The recent advances on the immunologic mechanism and vaccine of TB are reviewed in this article.
