摘要近年来,环境污染问题日益受到人们的关注.常见的与人群健康密切相关的环境污染物主要有重金属和多环芳烃.孕妇及其胎儿对环境污染物的敏感性高于一般人群,环境污染物对其的危害也不容忽视.此文对环境污染物的来源、成分解析以及与不良妊娠结局相关性的国内外研究进行综述,以期为进一步探讨环境污染物对孕妇的危害和未来研究方向提供参考.

abstractsThe problem of environmental pollution is getting more and more attention. Heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are the common environmental pollutants closely related to human health. Pregnant women and fetuses are more sensitive to environmental pollutants than the general population , and the harm of environmental pollutants can not be ignored. In this paper, the sources and components of environmental pollutants and their correlation with adverse pregnancy outcomes are reviewed, in order to provide reference for further exploring the harmful effects of environmental pollutants on pregnant women and the future research direction.
