A major route for the spread of emerging infectious diseases: cross-species transmission
摘要自20世纪70年代以来，全球新发传染病超过40种，而其中动物源头的病毒感染超过70%。跨物种传播是病毒从动物宿主转移至人间流行的重要方式，也是病毒学家研究的热点。此文以近年新发传染病的研究为例，综述了病毒跨物种传播的特征和致病机制的研究进展，并提出了针对防控跨物种传播而导致新发传染病的建议。

abstractsSince the 1970s, there are more than 40 novel infectious diseases worldwide, of which more than 70% have been identified animal sources. Cross-species transmission is an important route for virus transfer from animal reservoirs to human, and has become a hot topic for virologists. This paper summarizes the characteristics and current research progress of the viral cross-species transmission, and puts forward suggestions on the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases caused by cross-species transmission.
