Progress in epidemiology and clinical diagnosis and treatment of pyogenic liver abscess
摘要近年来，细菌性肝脓肿发病呈上升趋势，亚洲主要由肺炎克雷伯菌感染引起，临床症状趋于不典型，需要依据临床表现、影像学和病原学等进行诊断，治疗以抗菌药物联合超声引导脓肿穿刺引流为主，手术治疗仅在特殊情况下采用。

abstractsIn recent years, the incidence of pyogenic liver abscess(PLA) is on the rise, mainly caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae in Asia. Clinical symptoms of PLA tend to be atypical, and the diagnosis is on the basis of clinical manifestations, imaging and etiology. The main treatment is antibiotics combined with ultrasound-guided abscess puncture and drainage, and surgical treatment is only used in special cases.
