摘要目的 探讨肾上腺畸胎瘤的组织学来源、临床表现、诊断要点及治疗方法,以提高对此病的认识.方法 回顾性分析本院收治的1例肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤患者的临床资料,结合国内外文献对此病进行复习讨论.结果 肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤起源于全能细胞,症状体征不典型,CT扫描畸胎瘤经常表现为异构脂肪密度肿块伴钙化,MR示肿瘤周围T2加权像呈高信号.肿瘤标志物对鉴别诊断有一定参考价值,病理检查是最终确诊的依据.结论 肾上腺成熟畸胎瘤十分少见,分为成熟性和不成熟性两种.手术治疗肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤效果佳,预后良好.

abstractsObjectives Discussing the histogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of mature teratoma in adrenal gland,in order to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods The clinical data of one case of adrenal teratoma who had undergone surgical treatment in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively,combined with literature review.Results Adrenal maturity teratoma originates from totipotent cell.Its signs and symptoms are not typical.On computed tomographic scans,teratoma is frequently shown as a heterogeneous fat dense mass with calcifications.Magnetic resonance T2 weighed images show teratoma as a highlighted intensity around the tumor components.Tumor markers in the differential diagnosis has certain reference value,pathological examination is the ultimate basis for diagnosis.Conclusions Adrenal mature teratoma is very rare,which is divided into mature and immature types.The effect of surgical treatment on adrenal maturity teratoma is good and has a favorable prognosis.
