摘要目的 探讨商环包皮环切术两种不同手术方法的临床治疗效果.方法 将2013年11月～2014年9月期间来本院门诊就诊的160例包皮过长患者分成A组(商环内置组80例)和B组(商环外置组80例)并进行商环包皮环切术.对两组患者的手术时间、术后1h疼痛VAS评分、院外戴环期疼痛VAS评分、伤口感染、伤口出血、包皮水肿、包皮外观满意度及伤口愈合时间进行观察比较.结果 A组在术后1h疼痛VAS评分、院外戴环期疼痛VAS评分、术后包皮水肿、术后外观满意方面优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 商环内置法较商环外置法应用范围更广,并发症发生率更低,更加值得临床广泛推广应用.

abstractsObjectives To explore the clinical effects of the two surgical methods in Shang Ring circumcision.Methods From November 2013 to September 2014,A total of 160 patients with redundant prepuce were divided into two groups randomly.A group(n =80) was underwent inward placement technique of Shang Ring circumcision and B group(n =80) was underwent outward placement technique of Shang Ring circumcision.We oberserved and compared the operation time,scale (VAS) of 1 hour after the operation,scale (VAS) of the period wearing Shang Ring outside the hospital,wound infection,hemorrhage of wound,edema of foreskin,satisfaction to postoperative appearance of prepuce and the healing time of wound.Results A group was better than B group in scale(VAS) of 1 hour after the operation,scale(VAS) of the period wearing Shang Ring outside the hospital,edema of foreskin and satisfaction to postoperative appearance of prepuce,The defferences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Comparing to outward placement of Shang Ring,the inward placement technique of Shang Ring has more application range and lower rate of complications and it is worthwhile being popularized and applicated.
