摘要目的:分析上尿路梗阻性疾病诊断中多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影的诊断准确率。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月至2023年2月本院收治的130例上尿路梗阻性疾病患者的临床资料，比较分析多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影和静脉尿路造影对上尿路梗阻性疾病的病因检出情况，并分析二者的诊断效能，以手术病理检查为金标准。结果:多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影对上尿路梗阻性疾病的病因检出率高于静脉尿路造影[71.54%(93/130)vs.56.15%(73/130)， P<0.05]。多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影对上尿路梗阻性疾病的诊断效能高于静脉尿路造影( P<0.05)。 结论:上尿路梗阻性疾病诊断中多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影的诊断准确率较静脉尿路造影高，值得临床推广。

abstractsObjective:To analyze the diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT urography in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2023, the clinical data of 130 patients with upper urinary tract obstructive diseases in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The etiology of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases detected by multi-slice spiral CT urography and intravenous urography was statistically analyzed, and the diagnostic efficacy of the two was statistically analyzed, with surgical pathological examination as the gold standard.Results:The detection rate of etiology for upper urinary tract obstructive diseases by multi-slice spiral CT urography was higher than that by intravenous urography [71.54% (93/130) vs. 56.15% (73/130), P<0.05]. The diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT urography for upper urinary tract obstructive diseases was higher than that of intravenous urography ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT urography in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstructive diseases is higher than that of intravenous urography, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
