abstractsThe relation of microchimerism and transplantation tolerance is one of the main point of the research area of organ transphntation.Though the formation and maintenance of microchimerism have intimate relation with transplantation tolerance,their mechanism has not been thoroughly understood,and there still has dispute on it's real role in transplantation tolerance.The latest research development of microchimerism through above aspects was reviewed in this article.
