摘要核酸疫苗和蛋白疫苗具有各自的免疫特点,分别诱导以细胞免疫和体液免疫为主的免疫应答,并能通过联合免疫提高机体预防病原体的免疫保护力,而核酸疫苗和蛋白疫苗的免疫特点以及联合使用核酸疫苗与蛋白疫苗协同免疫可以提高疫苗免疫效果.
