摘要苏木(Caesalpinia sappan L.)为豆科云实属植物,其干燥心材为传统中药材.苏木不同提取物及其单体成分均有一定的抗排斥反应作用,但由于提取方式及其单体成分的不同,其抗排斥反应的强度及作用机制也存在着差异.苏木及其单体化合物将在自身免疫性疾病和异体移植等免疫排斥反应性疾病方面拥有广阔的前景.

abstractsThe Chinese herb Caesalpinia sappan L.is a member of the leguminous plant family.Its heartwood has been used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to promote blood flow.All of the different extracts and monomer compounds from Caesalpinia sappan L.have anti-rejection activity,but the strength and the mechanism of anti-rejection are different due to the disparity of extract methods and the composition of the monomer compounds.Caesalpinia sappan L.and its monomer compounds might be potent immunosuppressors for clinical allograft and other immune disorders.
