摘要人记忆性干细胞样T细胞(TSCM)是新发现的一个T细胞亚群.这一类群的细胞具有干细胞的特征,具有较强的多向分化潜能,TSCM细胞能够分化为中枢性记忆性T细胞(TCM),效应性记忆性T细胞(TEM)和效应性T细胞(TEF),在分化的同时又能够维持自我更新.虽然TSCM细胞表达初始T细胞的标记,但是在基因表达谱、功能等方面又表现出记忆性T细胞的特征等,基于目前人们对TSCM细胞的生物学特点以及其在肿瘤免疫中的作用的了解,为TSCM细胞应用于临床免疫治提供依据疗.

abstractsMemory stem cell-like T cell (TSCM) is a new distinct population of memory T cells,TSCM cells not only possess the memory T cells character,but exhibits stem cell properties.TSCM cells have na(i)ve like phenotype,but TSCM cells can quickly accquire analogous memory T cell function,memory associated marker and gene patteren following TCR stimulation.TSCM cells display robustly proliferation ability in response to IL-15 stimulation but still maintain their initial naive-like phenotype.TSCM cells are multipotent,some of them differentiate into central memory T cells (TCM) and effector memory T cells (TEM) with the TCR stimulation.In tumor model,TSCM cells reveal improved therapeutic effect compared with TCM and TEM cells.TSCM cells become a potential most effective therapeutic T cells for cancer immunotherapy.
