Progress on the relationship between human papillomavirus infection and head and neck cancer
摘要人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与部分头颈癌的发病相关,HPV阳性头颈癌在流行病学、病因学、病理学、分子特征等方面与HPV阴性头颈癌存在明显差异.并且头颈癌中HPV基因组存在形式及转录活性对头颈癌的预后都会产生影响.生物信息手段分析头颈癌中HPV的存在形式成为热点,而采集患者脱落细胞进行HPV检测是另一种简单易行的检测方法.

abstractsEvidence has shown that HPV is associated with the morbidity of Head and neck cancer (HNSCC) to some extent.Researches have revealed that HPV + HNSCC obviously distincts from HPV-HNSCC in some aspects,such as epidemiology,etiology,pathology and molecular characteristics.The prognosis of head and neck cancer was affected by HPV status and the transcription activity of HPV.It has become a hotspot to analyze detect HPV status in head and neck cancer by bioinformatics method.Collecting patient shedding cells for HPV detection is another quick detection method.
