摘要中性粒细胞在缺血性脑卒中疾病进程中扮演重要角色.脑缺血发生后,激活的中性粒细胞通过游走、黏附、迁移等过程募集至脑缺血区域,表达并释放大量促炎性因子(细胞因子、蛋白酶、ROS),破坏血-脑屏障,加速脑水肿脑损伤过程.抗中性粒细胞治疗通过抑制炎症反应,保护神经功能等以改善缺血性脑卒中的临床病理过程.目前,最新的研究策略是通过降低中性粒细胞的活化和募集,抑制中性粒细胞与内皮细胞的黏附,阻断中性粒细胞迁移和神经血管的相互作用等,以进一步探讨中性粒细胞在缺血性脑卒中中所起到的关键作用.

abstractsNeutrophils have key roles in the process of ischemic stroke.After ischemic stroke,neutrophils are recruited to ischemic brain through neutrophil rolling,adhesion,tethering,and migration.The activated neutrophils release pro-inflammatory factors (cytokines,proteases,and ROS) and promote blood-brain barrier disruption,cerebral edema,and brain injury.The neutrophils related treatments can improve the clinical pathological process in ischemic stroke by anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective functions.Currently,the latest strategies are targeting neutrophils at these steps,involving reducing neutrophil activation and recruitment;blocking neutrophil adhesion to endothelial cells;blocking the migration of neutrophils and blocking neurovascular interactions.
