摘要白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)36是一种新型促炎因子,可由皮肤、滑膜、结肠黏膜等多种类型的细胞产生,IL-36可诱导炎症介质的产生并促进树突状细胞的成熟.IL-36可被中性粒细胞来源的酶强有力激活,通过与一种异质二聚体受体结合组成IL-36R亚基和IL-1RAcP激活MAPK和NF-KB/AP-1等重要信号通路,在人类先固有免疫和适应性性免疫中发挥着重要作用,研究发现,IL-36对慢性炎症的发生发展及诊断和预后具有重要的参考价值,有望成为慢性炎性疾病基因诊疗的新靶点.
