换一批摘要舍格伦综合征是一种以口干、眼干为特征,侵犯外分泌腺的慢性进展性自身免疫性疾病.该疾病病因和发病机制方面尚不清楚,缺乏理想治疗方法,近年来免疫治疗、靶向治疗、基因治疗等各种新技术不断被应用,这篇综述将重点回顾在治疗方面取得的新进展,希望能够指导舍格伦综合征治疗的临床实践.

abstractsSj?gren's syndrome is a chronic progressivesystemic autoimmune disease characterized by dry mouth,dry eyes,and invasion of exocrine glands. To date,the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are not yet clear,while an ideal therapy has not been developed. In recent years,new technologies,such as immuno-therapy,targeted therapy,and gene therapy have been applied. Here we reviewed the recent approaches for the-treatment of this disease and hope to provide reference for clinical practice.
